Quick-Step Floors puts confidence in Scicon Bags for 2017 season
Ranked as one of the most successful professional cycling teams in the world, Belgian WorldTour team Quick-Step Floors and the team’s fleet of Specialized bikes are travelling with Scicon Bags for the 2017 season. Having already put their trust in the range of technical bags in previous seasons, the partnership will continue this year as the team looks to continue its success on the road.
Quick-Step Floors is home to some of the biggest stars of the peloton, including Marcel Kittel, Tom Boonen, Philippe Gilbert and Julian Alaphilippe, who will all have a selection of Scicon AeroComfort ROAD 3.0 TSA bike travel bags and Scicon Race Rain bags at their disposal.
Feedback doesn’t often get more credible from some of the most accomplished and experienced riders in the world, and so we’re delighted to be working with Quick-Step Floors again this season. We look forward to following the team’s success this year and to making their travel and race needs easy with our products.
Christian Pearce, Scicon Bags Brand Manager
With 20 wins already by the end of March this year, in hot pursuit of the 57 professional victories achieved in 2016, it’s already set to be another stellar year for the Belgian outfit that changed names over the winter period. Most recently, Philippe Gilbert sealed a stunning Monument victory at the Ronde van Vlaanderen, where the Quick-Step Floors team put two riders on the podium, confirming its presence as the team to beat in the Spring Classics.
We’re proud partners of Scicon Bags already for a few years simply because we work with the best technical sponsors in the industry. If you want your bikes to be carried safely, in a very practical way, from A to B on a plane, train, boat or spaceship, Scicon is THE bike bag.
Ricardo Scheidecker, Quick-Step Floors Technical & Development Director
The Quick-Step Floors team staff will also have a range of technical Scicon Bags to facilitate their roles in and around racing, including the Scicon Podium Bags and Scicon Cooler Bags.
