#GOINGPLACES – XPDTN3 AT GRINDURO IN CALIFORNIA
For those without the time to disappear on two wheels exploring for weeks on end, XPDTN3 is a group of riders who set out to pack as much as possible into three days of riding and tell the tales from along their adventures. Typically the XPDTN3 trips head out and find their way as they go, however at one of their most recent trips, the guys travelled to California for the popular Grinduro off-road event with ex-professional Dave Zabriskie joining regulars Marc Gasch and Dave Koesel.

The riding was controlled, given the Enduro style format, but with timed sections and testing climbs to tackle it wasn’t all plain sailing as the natural competitiveness shone through.
Perfect double track roads market the first part of the race, where every rider had the opportunity to warm up before the first timed steep and short climb. The versatility of the event’s timed segments matched perfectly with the EXPLORO’s go-anywhere, do everything personality.
